TROCONVEX

Turbulent rotating convection to the extreme

TROCONVEX is a classical cylindrical rotating Rayleigh-Bénard experiment, but with extreme dimensions to reach extreme values for the dimensionless governing parameters!

Fun with shaving cream to visualize turbulent rotating convection!
